HOT Virginia startup is looking for a motivated developer to join their team!

You will:

-Analyze user requirements, design and develop and implement database driven web application
-Responsible for all aspects of software development, including, but not limited to, design, development, testing, technical assessments, recommendations for inclusion of new technologies into system application and architecture
-Works with business and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements
-Develop tests and documentation to ensure production readiness
-Work on a range of projects

What you need for this position:

-Excellent .NET environment experience
-Solid experience with Front end technologies (Javascript and HTML)
-C# experience
-Must be able to multi-task while consistently maintaining a high level of quality and productivity and large amounts of data in a highly scalable environment
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Preferred: XML, AJAX
