Description

Key Role:
Provide financial advisory support and assist with cross-cutting issues related to asset management facilities and capital infrastructure strategies, including subject matter expertise to analyze and develop recommendations to improve strategic financial management planning and financial policy formulation and development. Create performance measures, conduct special cost studies, perform economic and regulatory analyses, assist with financial quality assurance efforts, and perform benchmarking as it applies to capital asset management. Provide integrated strategic, analytic, and technical engineering support services to design and implement optimal capital asset management initiatives and ensure progress toward meeting client requirements and goals.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-2+ years of experience with economic analysis, modeling, and simulation-Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and data analyses tools-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with cost estimation of facilities and infrastructure projects-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
