For our client, a dynamic and multinational company, we are looking for a motivated:

Senior Project Management/Transition Consultant - USA
2 years contract based in West Palm Beach

Main Tasks:

  • Manage a part of a large Outsourcing program for our client
  • Ensure milestone achievement, maintain issue/risk logs, perform change control, prepare status reporting, manage project budget, update document repository, manage conflict resolution
  • Support the transition on a regional/country basis
  • Ensure smooth transition of service to supplier
  • Support Country Transition Leader in achieving project success at a country level
  • Maintain integrated country program plan
  • Facilitate quality gate reviews at a country level
  • Escalate risks and issues to Regional Project Manager
  • Assign tasks to Subject Matter Experts
  • Participate in regional and country management meetings.
  • Partner with supplier country PM.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Professional Project Management practices
  • Experience in Outsourcing environment desired
  • Formal Project Management Education (PMP, Prince2, IPMA ) is a MUST
  • University Degree
  • Experience of implementing large change initiatives
  • Solid command of Project Management Methods and tools
  • Experience with Project Management Information systems (eg MS Project)
  • Competency to influence others Experience in working virtually
  • Excellent communication & networking skills, excellent negotiation skills
  • True team player
  • English and Spanish proficiency are a MUST
  • Availability to travel
