Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking is a highly motivated business development manager for our Tampa, FL office. This position entails using Integrity's sales methods to cold call local businesses to generate new client accounts for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of business to business sales experience, a drive to exceed sales goals as well as strong client customer service skills. The position will require the ability to consistently and aggressively follow up on all sales leads in order to generate new business. In addition the ideal candidate will analyze client needs and use Integrity's features/benefits to customize an ideal business plan which caters to the specific needs of each client. Finally, the ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, self motivated and driven to exceed all set forth sales goals.
