IT Infrastructure Senior Consultant

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Project Leader - Firewall/Network Lead to join our client in Wilmington, DE.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive a cross functional and cross supplier task force to facilitate Firewall requirements and changes in support the Next Gen Servers and Storage project.
- Specifically to support the migration of the applications currently running at the Newark Data Center (NDC) to other data centers.
- Lead a cross functional and cross supplier "task force." The purpose of the task force is to define the process (and then lead the execution of that process) to identify Firewalls outside of NDC, including: VPNs, Web Proxies, 3rd parties, other entities that requires changes and/or updates to support the application wave migration plan and schedule from NDC to the IBM data centers.
- Coordinate Firewall changes across all entities and 3rd parties to support the application wave migration plan and schedule Integrate with the application support teams, Enterprise Application Integration and Security SMEs Perform deep-dive analysis and requirement definition of all Firewall requirements for each wave migration during the planning phase.
- Provide Firewall rules and requirements to Firewall teams.
- Work seamlessly with the team members from multiple companies.
- Participate in the development of the detailed plan (hour-by-hour) for each application wave migration group.
- Participate in the actual application wave migrations and lead the resolution issues relating to Firewalls that may arise.

Job Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

- Experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
