Solution Architect/Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Solution Architect/Analyst to join our global manufacturing company in Wilmington, DE.

Job Overview:

- Enable I&AM solution design and consulting for multiple projects and initiatives.
- Possess technical and security experience across a multiple technology areas.
- Coordinate dependencies and workstreams across multiple initiatives
- Demonstrate an understanding of current security and privacy trends and best practices.
- Understand details and examples of I&AM industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and analyze white papers, technical documentation, detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Compliance resources to provide secure solutions.
- Provide excellent communication skills, and interact at all levels within the organization.
- Develop technical solutions within an IT Services model. Capable of developing security requirements for vendors, 3rd parties, and alliance partners.

Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and consult on a large scale I&AM platform replacement.
- Technical planning for a migration from Sun I&AM platform to new solution.
- Conceptual design, detailed architecture for Extranet Identity Management.
- Creating technical documentation, architecture, designs, and project deliverables.
- Must comply with any regulatory requirements.
- Accountable to program leads, competency architects, technology area leads, portfolio and project managers, and enterprise architecture.
- Conduct design reviews, security assessments, recommend alternatives as needed.
- Coordination and technical alignment with major in flight projects (HR Op Ex, SAP replacement, Active Directory integration, Optimized Desktop program, Office365 projects.

Job Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

- Three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in relevant technology areas.
- Three (3+) years of experience in identity and access management.
- Appropriate certifications or demonstrated specific experience.
- Current on technology, knowledge of marketplace and key vendors.
- Full life cycle experience across solution set.
- Able to work across extended diverse global team.
- Collaborative approach to design and solutions.
- Experience with large scale multinational fortune 500 company.
