Currently seeking a project support engineer to support customers and support high-traffic and fast-paced projects. Work closely with In-house development teams, Offshore teams and client representatives. You'll be responsible for developing, supporting and managing high traffic/customer facing web applications.
You'll also work closely to provide support resources, ensuring all support tickets are responded too and are meeting customer satisfaction.
What you need:
- 2+ years of experience working in a project management or project support capacity
- Experienced working in a Microsoft/Windows development environment
- Understanding of .NET and SQL technologies
- Understanding of Web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Previous customer support and tech support experience
- Experience coordinating with off-shore development teams
- Experience interfacing with customers/clients on a day to day basis
- Excellent communication skills - ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and business users
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
What you will be doing:
- Work with multiple teams and clients across different business units and projects
- Responsible for managing the work done by support resources, ensuring all support tickets are responded too and are meeting customer satisfaction
- Support customers and support high-traffic and fast-paced projects
- Work with the Tech staff to automate existing tasks and minimize the amount of manual processes
- Coordinate with In-house development teams, Offshore teams and client representatives.
- Responsible for creating project scopes, defining project lifecycles, tracking of projects, status reporting, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Travel to client sites a few times a month and be the face of the organization
