Job Description

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking multiple experienced Business Analyst's with an insurance background for our Corporate Offices in Worcester, MA.

Position Overview:
These positions will be responsible for managing the collection, development, analysis, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate will successfully perform this function by having a working understanding of information systems, business operations, and processes to effectively analyze customer requirements and develop functional specifications.

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Participate on projects focused on technical and business processes.

- Understands the relationship between business need, functional requirements, data and integrated technology solutions.

- Applies project management and technical best practices in all technology solutions.

- May provide technical coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members.

- Innovative in solving problems and identifying, proposing and executing solutions.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

- Strong partnership building, negotiating and troubleshooting skills required.

- Proven ability to interface successfully with multiple customers and all levels within the organization.

- Understanding of business analysis techniques, with strong analytical thinking ability.

- MS Office Suite, Outlook

- Bachelors Degree Required, 3 - 5 Years of Experience
