Sr. IT Infrastructure Technical Support (3rd level)
Seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Technical Support with 10 years minimum 3rd level technical support experience providing troubleshooting, diagnostics, server installation & configuration, product installations, upgrades, updates including  related systems, networks, hardware, devices, Internet/Intranet and peripherals for large scale systems implementations and in providing client/customer support. (No travel required).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Microsoft Windows Servers 2003/2008/2010 and Server Farms and Microsoft Office Suite 2003 - 2010; Windows XP,/Vista/Windows 7 & 2010 setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, upgrades and updates for new and existing O/S.& Servers and server rebuilds.
  • Configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, upgrades and updates for new and existing hardware/services including Citrix, DNS, SSL, IIS, FTP, DHCP, IDS, TCP/IP, PING, VLAN, LAN/WAN, SAN Storage, Veritas, VPN's, and VMware/Virtualization/Cloud.
  • Experience in setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, upgrades and updates for new and existing Cisco Routers & Switches.
  • Experience in WSUS and in Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO) Administration & management, security updates, passwords; Providing management of files shares including add, revoke and change file share permissions and Exchange Mail account setup and administration and providing troubleshooting for corrupted mail boxes and account terminations.
  • Experience in replacing server hardware, providing software distribution & ensuring license compliance.
  • Knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewall installation, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, upgrades and updates for new and existing Firewalls.
  • Setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, upgrades and updates for new and existing AntiVirus and AntiMalware SW removal tools  (ie, TrendMirco, Symantec, Microsoft Security Essentials, Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool and other tools).
    Experience providing written documentation for new & existing systems and required configuration changes; 
  • Requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, ability to multitask while providing various levels of technical support for several service areas,  effective time management with effective organization/organizing skills, 
  • Requires successful proven experience in resolving technical issues and in providing 0 down time. 
  • Experience providing Technical Support via; email, phone and remote support for external and internal clients/customers.
  • Requires experience in Best Practices and Change Management; Change Management Procedures/Practices.
  • EDUCATION: BS Degree or a related 4 year degree
  • EDUCATION:  May consider a Technical Associates Degree with equivalent experience and Certification.
  • CERTIFICATION: In any of the following: CCENT,  CCT,  CompTIA A+,  CompTIA Network+,  MCDST,  MCSA,  MCSE,  MCTS,  MCITP,   CCNA,   CCNP  or CISSP (or other Microsoft  or Cisco Certification).
