Informatica Developer (Contract)

Location: MacQuarie Park Country: Australia

Client are a prestigious leading global IT Services provider. They require an Informatica Developer to assist with complex Data Migration projects,

This is an initial 6 month contract with a high likelihood of it being extended.


  • Performing Systems Analysis & ETL Solution Design.
  • Engineering ETL Solutions and Data Pipelines, using Informatica for new Enterprise Information Management (EIM) project.
  • Practising Agile Principles and Using Tools - SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
  • Engineering & Supporting ETL Solutions, using Informatica and Oracle Warehouse Builder, for Legacy Data Warehouse.


  • 5+ Year's experience working as an ETL Developer
  • 5+ year's experience with Informatica (PowerCentre or Big Data versions)
  • Experience with building custom, end-to-end ETL scripts that migrate and transform data from various source systems, one of which uses a flat file format. This is not a simple migration from a standard database.
  • Therefore strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong use of imitative and a team player
  • Have the ability to operate effectively within a challenging enterprise environment.
