*SAP Test coach and coordinator - 9+ months - Belgium - Start End of March*

As a test coach, you will be considered and addressed as an expert in QA matters, and you will be able to train and coach employees. We are working on a major digital change process. One of the current programs is Business Systems where we will implement SAP (S/4 Hana, Successfactors, Field Service Management) for Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Project Management and Operations together with an implementation partner.

Tasks:

* Validation of existing test strategy and test planning

* Support in setting up appropriate testing techniques, tools and approaches to test effectively and efficiently

* Recommendations to optimize testing practices based on shift left methodology, improve efficiency, and confirm the overall quality of the delivered solution after migration.

Provide training and guidance on testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

* experience using Azure Devops as a supporting test management tool

* guiding and implementing QA maturity roadmap

* setting up an approach to non-functional testing

SAP experience (SF, S/4, FSM) is a big plus

Project details:

* Start: End of March

* Duration: 9 months (+ option to extend)

* Workload: 5 days per week, 2 days per week onsite

* Location: Belgium

* Language: Dutch, German is a Bonus
