L1 Support Consultant
My client, a large consultancy, is in need of an L1 Support Consultant for a 12 month contract based on-site in Brussels, Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in L1 Desktop support. Basic knowledge of IT ecosystems and terminology. Medior profiles preferred, with relevant experience in a similar role, Willingness to undergo training on ServiceNow, ITSM, and Genesis provided by the client, Strong soft skills, including reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will speak Fluent French and Dutch.
