We are looking for a HR Business Analyst that is proficient in Workday Core HCM and Workday Security, on behalf of our client.

About our client:

Our client is one of the leading wealth management companies in Switzerland based in Zurich.

This is a contracting role for 12 months initially with the potential to extend thereafter. In this role it is possible to work from home twice a week.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the Workday Core HCM
- Be the first point of contact when end-user employees have a problem with Workday
- Analyzing data discrepancies and improve data quality
- Running of reports on Workday Core HCM
- Working together with various stakeholders in company to ensure top service delivery
- Trouble shooting and problem solving

Skills & Qualifications

- Proficient knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Workday Security
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Quality and client focused
- Skills in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project
- Proactive approach
- Team player able to deliver high performance when working in a team and/or when working independently
- Ability to work under pressure
