Your responsibilities:

- Development of IT business solutions including the business analysis of internal processes and customer requirements to create suitable solution proposals
- Acting as the interface of IT infrastructure and various departments in the asset management area
- Operational tasks for databases and applications
- Active Change management
- End2End Software Development in C#, Java or Python
- Project work to capture detailed requirements for the infrastructure architecture design & analysis as well as implementation, beta testing, certification and further development of internal IT infrastructure & applications
- IT Documentation

Your profile:

- Relevant practical experience in the banking and finance sector, ideally in Asset Management
- Familiarity with terminologies such as balance sheet, P&L, private markets, performance fee and FX
- Hands-on experience in Software Development with C#, Java or Python as well as agile programming
- Very good knowledge of the SDLC (FullStack, Testing, React, JavaScript, Azure)
- Experience with MS Office object models (VBA)
- Experience with relational databases (MS Access, SQL)
- First experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering are a plus (Budgeting, milestones)
- Good understanding of processes (API, GraphQL)
- Higher professional education in business informatics or equivalent
- Solution-oriented personality with a strong customer orientation and interest in financial markets
- Good communication skills in German and English
