Cloud Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Munich, Germany Country: Germany Rate: Euros Euros 75k Basic + Package
 

Mentmore are recruiting for a Cloud Engineer - DevOps to support a global organisation across a large-scale digital transformation programme and seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer - DevOps to come on board with extensive experience of (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP) and delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Role: Enhancing the organisations Cloud Infrastructure and increasing the adoption of Development Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, deliver and implement the infrastructure and process to support cloud native and Legacy applications.
  • Delivering infrastructure as code (IaC), and working with configuration management tools such as Terraform, ARM and similar.
  • Deliver through the introduction of DevOps processes and tools.
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps pipelines code management.
  • Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP) and working with IoT, Big Data Analytics, Virtualisation, Containerisation and Storage).
  • You will support project management with estimations.
  • You will be part of a cross-functional team to support both internal and external projects and teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

  • 4+ years' experience of DevOps delivery methods and Automation.
  • 4+ years' experience of infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • 2+ years' experience on one of the following areas for Cloud: IoT, Networking, Storage, Containerisation, Virtualisation and security and Identity Management.
  • Hands on experience of DevOps processes and tools.
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP.
