Senior Project Manager - Data Transformation (Contract)

Location: Munich Country: Germany Rate: 700-1kpd Euros
 

Our Client is looking for a Sr Project Manager who has proven experience in successfully delivering a data transformation project, that not only changes the used technology, but also the operational set up for multiple services.

It will also include a setup of an adequate support model and inclusion in existing processes.

Responsibilities

Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Ensures ramp-up of and smooth transition to operations

Manages changes in relation to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

Meets budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Co-Leads corresponding workstream

Mobilizes required project resources/staff

Manages business requirements/changes on a scale of must-have to nice-to-have

Develops project plans in terms of schedule, cost, communication, quality and risk to be shared with clients/stakeholders

Prepares and maintains project plans, schedules, costs and risks

Manages and drives implementation of project deliverables

Performs risk management to minimize project risks

Measures and monitors project performance (budget, schedule), escalating deviations as required and reducing risks to ensure project success

Reports and escalates project status, updates & forecasts to management/Steering Committee and other stakeholders

Coordinates (internal) resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Creates and maintains project documentation

This is a contract opportunity and you must be able to start in April, or early May at the latest.
