Agile Coach - Organisational Change, SW and non-SW Product development (h/f) (Contract)

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris (occasional EU travel) Country: France Rate: Euros 750/day+ dependent on experience
 

Are you an Agile Coach that can animate and inspire the adoption and refinement of agile principals?

Do you have experience of facilitating the build of IT and non-IT products?

If so, we need you to join a global organisation that is committed to developing and enhancing agile teams and processes in order to deliver excellent and evolving products.

Key Skills:

  • Agile coach with over 3 years experience with teams that are new to Agile practices
  • Experienced in Project Delivery roles using Agile and Traditional methods
  • Experienced in development of IT and on-IT products
  • Expertise in delivering Agile projects utilizing a variety of methods including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach in coaching the organization with the ability to adapt based on the readiness of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, required
  • Proficiency with multiple Agile Lifecycle Management tools (eg JIRA, Rally, Version1)
  • Background as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Developer, Tester, Business Analyst, scrum master
  • Deep experience developing training materials and conducting training, required

Role Brief:

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing agile practices rooted in agile values and principles throughout the client s Digital Marketing & Services (DMS) organization. This will include working across multiple teams within the HDMS to increasing organizational effectiveness and responsiveness.

This role will introduce and utilize disciplined and emergent practices, overcome organizational impediments through influencing change for improvement, ensure the organization has the skills and mentality of a digitally focused agile organization, and servant leadership is both embodied and consistently demonstrated across the organization.

Key Tasks:

  • Train and coach agile teams on agile values, principles, practices, and techniques
  • Provide coaching for scrum masters and other peer agile coaches
  • Identify and coach internal agile champions
  • Ensure meaningful metrics are radiated, transparent and monitored
  • Assist teams to implement solutions that address and resolve impediments
  • Partner with organization leadership to understand business needs, problems, and goals
  • Facilitate ongoing workshops for continued focus on improvement opportunities
  • Coach and mentor Scrum teams to become high performing
  • Influence a culture of continuous improvement
