We are now recruiting an SAP Finance Project Manager for a Project in Bordeaux.

Duration: 6 months (plus extension)

Location: Bordeaux 3 days a week, the rest remote from home

Languages: French and English

Scope of the mission:

The finance project manager, will have to liaise with the stakeholders, will have to lead the implementation of the SAP FICO module, from the designed phase to the deployment phase, ensuring that the project objectives are achieved within the timeframe and budget initially defined.

Activities:

- Proactively leading the project team by defining the roles and responsibilities of each member, in collaboration with the programme management.

- Coordinating and leading the project's technical workstreams (specific developments, interfaces, migrations, authorisations, deployment).

- Ensuring the availability of resources (business and technical) as well as the quality and deadlines of the IT work is carried out

- Ensuring clear and regular coordination with the parties involved (project manager, project management consultant, project manager, business leaders and referents, publishers), by setting up regular follow-up meetings to assess progress and resolve any issues

- Identifying project risks and drawing up mitigation plans.

- Play an active role in the programme comitology committee, working closely with programme management.

- Supporting the business units during the various phases of the project, in particular the testing/acceptance and training phases, to ensure that the solution is fully adopted

- Preparing for the transition to operational maintenance of the finance part of the solution.
