Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join A well-established team and take ownership of the migration of an On Premise 2013 Exchange Server to either On Premise Exchange Server 2016 or Exchange Online. Additionally, you will conduct a comprehensive review of the clients current email/messaging architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing approved enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the migration of On Premise 2013 Exchange Server to On Premise Exchange Server 2016 or Exchange Online.

Conduct a thorough review of the current email/messaging architecture, providing priority recommendations for improvements.

Implement approved improvements

Collaborate with team members and other departments, including Architects and Application Support, to ensure seamless integration and support.

Produce high-quality documentation as necessary and directed.

Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Participate in on-call rotations and complete ad-hoc duties as required.

Technical Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technologies (2013, 2016, 2019), Exchange Online, and Email Messaging architectures.

Experience in managing Microsoft Infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMWare virtualization, and network services.

Hands-on experience with Citrix Server, Citrix products, and Windows Virtual Desktop.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Admin and Infrastructure Monitoring Tools.

Exceptional knowledge of MS Office suite and desktop deployment technologies.
