Senior Project Manager - ITSM - Inside IR35 (Contract)
Location: London/Remote Country: UK
We are looking to Senior Project Manager who has a strong background in ITSM.
A very good project manager with the following technical and non-technical skills:
- Experienced with delivering new ITSM and CMDB services (ITSM more important
- The client is in the telco and media industry, experience in this sector would be a benefit (for likelihood of extension)
- Client may request the right candidate to oversee other projects in parallel. For example, IAM, PAM UIM & BYOD initiatives so experience in one of these would also be useful
Soft skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate complex technical issues to a varied base of stakeholders - the client requires careful hand holding and decision makers need to be kept updated and to feel part of the process.
- Ensure that team members are managed in alignment with the project requirements and objectives
- Personable and engaging
- Presentable with natural gravitas, credibility and comfortable in front of customers
- Strong work ethic, pro-active and driven
