2nd Line Support Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire Country: UK Rate: £25k - £27k per annum
 

IT 2nd Line Support Analyst - Leicestershire

Up to £27,000

5 days per week onsite - On call Bonus scheme

Shift pattern - Monday- Friday - rolling shift pattern 7am-3.30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6pm (includes Bank Holidays)

IT 2nd Line Support Analyst required for a leading client based in Leicestershire. My client is currently seeking a IT Support Analyst to come on board to provide technical ongoing support for the organisation. You will support and assist tailored business solutions, while assessing user concerns and inquiries, offering implementation or guidance. Delivering technical assistance for Hardware repair and configuration for business-specific devices, Installation, upkeep, and resolution of PC applications.

  • Assistance/Support with customised business systems
  • O365 Knowledge
  • Evaluating user concerns and questions, offering implementation or guidance
  • Offering technical assistance for: Repairing and configuring business-specific hardware Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC applications
  • Coordinating third-party hardware repairs and services
  • Analysing trends and recurring issues
  • Creating technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user manuals
  • Supporting internal data and voice networks and infrastructure
  • Providing user training (internal and external)
  • Supporting project tasks
  • Conducting installations at depot and customer sites as needed

Salary:

My client are offering a salary of between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. They are also offering a range of excellent benefits including work-from-home opportunities.
