Cititec Talent are looking for a Software Engineer who will play a crucial role in crafting innovative solutions for our client's Markets and Treasury department. Specifically, you'll be part of the eCommodities squad, developing bespoke software to enhance electronic trading of commodities derivatives.
You'll work within the eCommodities squad, focusing on pre-trade commodity trading solutions. Leveraging Azure's cloud platform, you'll develop and deploy applications to support Client-Sales-Trader workflows, Order Management, and automated pricing systems.
This role offers autonomy within defined parameters set by scrum masters, technical leads, and solution architects. You'll actively participate in team discussions, pair programming sessions, and code reviews to ensure software quality.
Required Skills:
- Strong with C#/.NET development
- Extensive experience with Azure, including networking, Service Bus, App Service, Functions, and Cosmos DB
- Knowledge of microservice architecture
- Competence in Angular/TypeScript
- Experience with TDD/BDD frameworks like xUnit and SpecFlow
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Previous exposure to financial products and derivatives, particularly commodities
- Experience in Front Office or electronic trading systems
