Application Support Analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting and optimizing the bank's proprietary solution and platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support, including handling escalations on production issues.

• Configure the system to ensure optimal performance and meet business requirements.

• Undertake bug fixing activities on a small scale, with a maximum of 5 days to implement changes in production.

• Collaborate with the team, stakeholders, and end-users to address support needs and priorities.

• Utilize Linux and Shell Scripting for system maintenance and support tasks.

• Bring 5+ years of experience in application support, with a focus on transactional reporting as a nice-to-have skill.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in application support, with a strong background in Linux and Shell Scripting.

• Experience in handling escalations on production and configuring systems for optimal performance.

• Bug fixing expertise on a small scale, with a commitment to timely production changes.

• Familiarity with 1st and 2nd line support responsibilities.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in transactional reporting.
