The Role - Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Calibration and Test Technician to join their production team. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of orders in their Bespoke Systems business and will work closely with both Operations and Engineering teams.
The role would suit someone who is a strong team player as you will be playing a critical role in ensuring client meets their deadlines and targets. They need someone who can follow instructions but also use their own initiative when necessary.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Performing test and calibration procedures on bespoke manufactured products using internal procedures.
  • Adhering to strict company procedures, processes, and guidelines.
  • Fault finding at System/Instrument, Module, and component level.
  • Scheduling and prioritizing tasks in an efficient manner to meet company requirements.
  • Collecting and presenting data to key stakeholders.
  • Liaising with the Operations Support Manager to update on the progress of systems.

Job Requirements -

  • Electronics (Minimum of HND)
  • Use of precision Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment.
  • Fault finding.
  • Working within a team and on their own initiative.
  • Computer skills (Linux advantageous).
  • Proactive approach to learning.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to suit company requirements.
  • Good communication skills.
