1st Line Support Technician (Contract)

Location: Doncaster Country: UK Rate: Daily Rate: £150-£200 inside IR35
 

A leading provider of specialist residential, supported living and further education are seeking a 1st Line Support Technician to assist and support their existing IT team for their head office based in Doncaster. You will work alongside the internal IT team and work on tickets and directly assist 1200 employees across the business.

You'll have lots of user interaction in the role, so we'd really need interpersonal skills and be extremely customer service focused to help.

You will be dealing with users over the phone and logging their calls onto helpdesk systems. You will also be experienced in dealing with a variety of IT problems and ensuring that they are resolved to their customer's satisfaction.

As the 1st Line Support Technician you would ideally have the following skills/experience:

  • Using call logging systems
  • Experience of supporting Windows technologies
  • Basic Networking skills
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of Azure Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MS Office 365
  • Any experience of mobile device management and Intune would be really helpful!

Location: Doncaster
Daily Rate: £150-£200 inside IR35
