Senior Software Developer - C#, .NET Core (Permanent)
Location: Hedge End Country: UK Rate: £65k - £70k per annum + bonus and hybrid working
 

Senior Software Developer - C#, .Net, Web API

  • Southampton, Hampshire. Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
  • Approx £70,000 + 10% bonus, 10% pension, generous benefits.

As they embark on an expansion journey, we are seeking passionate individuals to join the development team. Together, you will continue to innovate and create an exciting product that empowers law enforcement agencies worldwide to effectively manage the surge in demand for digital evidence.

As a Senior Developer in a talented team, you will have developed comprehensive development experience of full stack software using true software engineering principles and practices ie SOLID Principles, design patterns, multi-threaded programming and developer-level testing.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience developing UI, Server and interface components using C#.
  • Solid commercial experience developing ASP.NET web applications in C# using Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
  • Experience creating maintainable code and using source control solutions such as Azure DevOps, GIT or similar
  • Experience of unit and automated testing using tools such as NUnit, Jasmine and Selenium
  • Solid understanding of the principles of network security, authentication and authorization
  • Experience of working with databases using Entity Framework
  • Good knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Experience creating RESTful APIs and ensuring API extensibility
  • Experience of SOA (service oriented architectures)
