Job Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 2 days from office)

Design and Implementation:

M365 engineers are responsible for designing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of their organization. This involves assessing business requirements, evaluating technical constraints, and designing solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 services effectively. They should be able to implement and configure these solutions according to best practices.

Documentation and Training:

M365 engineers should maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. They may also be responsible for providing training and guidance to end-users and administrators on how to effectively use Microsoft 365 services.

Technical Proficiency:

• A Microsoft 365 engineer should have a strong understanding of the various components of the Microsoft 365 suite
• Focusing on SharePoint online
• Supporting SharePoint online at the M365 tenant level, creating sites, understanding of tenant level admin settings
• Familiarity with Microsoft Multi Geo tenants
• Understanding of Sharepoint online sites functionality, from templates to building out Teams and Communication sites
• Power Platform Administration
• Admin support of the Power Platform Environments
• Knowledge of the COE toolkit
• Understanding of Apps and Flows
• Scripting experience - Powershell and knowledge of Graph API
• Automation with creation of the M365 SharePoint sites and other M365 service
• Automation of reports for Power Platfom and SharePoint on line
• Understanding of Microsoft M365 Licensing E3 and E5
• Needs to have had experience with O/M365 SharePoint Admin, Power Platform Admin or Global Admin experience.
