Senior Front End Developer (Permanent)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £55k-£65k
 

Senior Front End Developer - Homebased - £55,000-£65,000

Our client are seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other modern technologies. If you are passionate about Front End development and possess the required skills and experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other Front End technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and Back End developers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional web applications.
  • Optimise application performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging Front End technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Front End development using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
  • Experience with testing frameworks
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with Back End services.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and practices.
