PMO Analyst - P2P/SAP - London - Hybrid Working

OUTSIDE IR35

PMO Analyst required for a leading client based in London. You will come on board to support our client's internal PMO function. The ideal candidate will have strong PMO Analyst experience relating to the running of PMO/Planner related duties & responsibilities, as well as providing hands on support working within the PMO team. SAP/P2P experience and knowledge is highly desirable for this position. The PMO Analyst will work within a fast-paced programme and help support the central function for change.

You will be expected to attend client site in London as and when required.

Key skills:

  • Strong IT PMO Analyst experience
  • Strong experience surrounding P2P PMO related tasks/responsibilities
  • Extensive SAP experience
  • Previous experience running PMO duties & responsibilities.
  • Ability to provide hands-on support and work closely within the PMO team.
  • Previous experience in PMO or Transformation office/setting up change focus.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced IT PMO role.
  • Precise attention to detail, with demonstrable experience in documentation.
  • Great communication skills, able to communicate with the highly technical members of the team as well as the Stakeholders etc
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong working relationships with colleagues' client and stakeholders.
  • Experience using a Project Portfolio Management tool to support PMO reporting and actives.
  • Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio.
