Lead D365 Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Leeds Country: UK Rate: £70k - £80k per annum
Harvey Nash are delighted to be recruiting for a Lead D365 Engineer on behalf of our client.
With a diverse workforce and a long-standing tradition of delivering top-tier services, this organisation has established itself as a leader in its field.
We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to spearhead a team dedicated to developing, customising, and maintaining their Microsoft, Sales, and CRM 365 solutions.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft D365.
- Proven expertise in extending/managing data schema changes within the common data model (Microsoft Dataverse/Higher Education Accelerator).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose issues in Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in web services, REST APIs, and integration tools.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Azure and its integrations with Dynamics 365.
Key Attributes:
- Experience in supporting and mentoring team members to facilitate personal and professional growth.
- Strong initiative, coupled with excellent organizational, planning, and self-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse collaborators and stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (eg, MB-200, MB-400).
- Familiarity with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Competence in programming languages/frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience in developing complex reports and code in tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge or experience in Agile (Scrum) and Azure DevOps methodologies.
