We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, who will be a pivotal member of the Technical Operations Team. You will deploy, maintain, and support both internal and customer technical infrastructure, ensuring the successful delivery of technical project requirements and maintain SLAs for live customers.

They are undergoing an exciting transformation as they transition to a cloud-first approach. This strategic shift reflects their commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and providing clients with cutting-edge, scalable, and resilient solutions.

This role will be 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring over three years of technical experience, serving as a crucial point of escalation within the team, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Your expertise spans the installation and administration of Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications (such as AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, Certificates), virtualised technologies in enterprise environments (including storage and backup), networking concepts, server hardware, anti-virus technologies, NLB device management, and Scripting with tools like PowerShell.
