A leading company based in Oxford, requires a Support Analyst to work on an IT Helpdesk, providing 1st line support to users and using a support ticketing system. The Support Analyst will be required to work on site 5 days a week inside of IR35.

The Role

The Support Analyst will work be taking user requests and updating a ticketing system, providing simple problem resolution to simple IT issues.
