Requirements:

2+ years of demonstratable professional experience: You should have at least two years of proven experience in Salesforce development.

Salesforce Platform Developer certification or higher: A Salesforce certification is required, with preference given to those holding an Experience Cloud Consultant qualification.

Development expertise: Proficiency in custom APEX, modern JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components development is essential.

Experience with Salesforce CRM: You should have hands-on experience developing solutions within Salesforce CRM.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is preferred.

Salesforce DX and Source Control Integration: Experience using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Source Control Integration tools is necessary.

SOQL and JSON: Proficiency in SOQL and JSON for data querying and manipulation is required.

Low-level CSS styling: Experience in low-level CSS styling for UI customization.

REST API integrations: Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.

SSO solutions: Knowledge of implementing Single Sign-On solutions where Salesforce acts as a Service Provider.

Copado for CICD: Familiarity with Copado for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) and testing, including writing test scripts.

Mulesoft integration: Understanding of integrations using Mulesoft as the Middleware, with the ability to surface data in Salesforce.

Custom open source frameworks: Experience implementing custom open source frameworks into Salesforce, such as Data Visualization Libraries for reporting.

Sandbox environment deployment: Ability to deploy configurations and developments into a sandbox environment.

Version control and CI using GitLab: Exposure to version control and Continuous Integration processes using GitLab.

Communication and documentation: Strong communication skills and the ability to produce comprehensive documentation are essential.

Secure programming principles: Knowledge of secure programming principles, with the ability to ensure code passes through static code analysis.
