We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Cutover Manager to oversee and execute the cutover process for transitioning from Legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in ERP implementations, and possess expertise in coordinating complex cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cutover plans and strategies in alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and third-party vendors, to coordinate cutover activities.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues during the cutover process.
• Define and communicate cutover requirements, timelines, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure data integrity and completeness in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Oversee the execution of cutover tasks, including system configuration, testing, and validation, to ensure readiness for production cutover.
• Facilitate cutover rehearsals and dry runs to identify and address any issues or gaps in the cutover plan.
• Monitor cutover activities in Real Time, escalate issues as necessary, and provide timely updates to stakeholders on progress and status.
• Develop post-cutover support plans and coordinate with support teams to address any issues or concerns arising after go-live.
• Document lessons learned and best practices from the cutover process to improve future ERP implementations and cutover activities.
