Technical Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: £30k - £38k per annum
 

My client is an award-winning provider of Human Resources systems, and provides extensive technical support to customers. Due to growth, they are looking for a Technical Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. My client is big on progression and therefore this would be an excellent fit for someone with experience in a service desk environment that are looking to move into a more technical heavy role. This role is hybrid and offering a salary of up to £38K DOE.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 3 years' experience in a technical, fast paced in environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding and proven experience of windows server including Active Directory.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining database Servers and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a proven ability to provide great customer service.

This role will offer an excellent stepping stone and opportunity for an individual with a willingness to learn and progress their career. No day will be the same and you'll need to be flexible in managing your workload.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide timely advice, guidance, and resolutions to technical queries about my clients products and services.
  • Proactively identify and implement service improvements by tracking errors, analysing trends, and collaborating with teams.
  • Build relationships across the organisation by working with various teams to investigate and implement service enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Perform hardware and software diagnostics to address technical and application problems effectively.
