Are you passionate about revolutionising document storage solutions for Law Firms? Do you have a knack for leveraging cutting-edge technologies like SharePoint and HighQ to drive digital transformation? If so, we want you to join our team at a leading Law firm based in Birmingham!

Role Overview:

We are seeking a candidate to work on the implementation of low-code solutions, with a focus on utilising SharePoint and HighQ platforms to enhance document storage capabilities within the firm. As part of the Digital Transformation and AI team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency through the development and integration of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design tailored solutions utilising HighQ and SharePoint platforms.

Implement and configure low-code solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product management, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, adhering to Prince2 Agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

A graduate degree or higher, preferably in a related field.

Minimum of two years of commercial experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions using HighQ and SharePoint.

Familiarity with Prince2 Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in product management or a related field is advantageous.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent, Full time position based in Birmingham, UK. The role will involve three days per week working from the firm's office, with the remaining two days offering flexibility for remote work. You will join a dynamic team of 25+ professionals dedicated to driving digital innovation within the organisation.

Salary and Benefits:

Our client is offering a competitive salary starting at c£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package typical of a blue chip organisation.
