Role overview:
- Looking for someone who has worked at least 5years on DMS Worksite support. Should be able to handle complex Worksite related issues, maintain SLAs, co-ordinate with users to gather requirements for special requests, available to work on UK shift hours, work on DMS server patching.
Mandatory skills:
- Should have worked as DMS Support Engineer on Worksite 9 and Work 10,should have understanding of the components on Worksite server, should now client side and Server Side email filing, should know the iManage DB schema, should have good understanding of IDOL.
Good to have:
- IRM Module.
- iManage Work 10 Rest API.
- IDOL RAVN.
- Worked on Litera Milan module
