Location: Birmingham Country: UK Rate: Up to £40k per annum
Test Lead - Systems Integration Testing - Birmingham
Hybrid working - 3 days onsite per week.
Test Lead required for a leading client based in Birmingham. Our customer is currently seeking a Test Lead to come on board and handover from an existing test lead moving to a new team, you will be responsible for testing our customers key application. This is a test lead role, not test management.
You will need experience system integration testing as well as assurance testing.
Key skills,
- Prior experience as a hands-on Test Lead - you must be confident producing your own test plans and completion reports
- Demonstrated experience in manual testing, system integration testing, regression testing and assurance testing
- ISTQB Practitioner level qualification
- Azure DevOps (reporting, logging, tracking and managing defects) - preferable
- SAP testing experience - highly desirable
- Test estimating - essential
- Experience working in a large project/area
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment (in terms of speed of changes)
- Interact successfully with other team members and build strong relationships with development teams and product owners
- Comprehend and analyse technical documentation while being mindful of quality requirements for software development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development life cycle
- Identify risks and issues where appropriate
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills - verbal, written and verbal
Salary - our client is offering a salary of up to £36,000 per annum for this opportunity
