C# Developer, Warrington (Permanent)

Location: Warrington, Cheshire Country: UK Rate: 50k
 

My client is looking to hire a C#/ASP.NET software engineer!

Essential Skills:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong C#/.NET/ASP skills
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and team development using git
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • UK residency for the past 5 years due to security clearance requirements

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Android applications using the Ionic framework
  • Exposure to SQL database development
  • Exposure to sensor data acquisition
  • Understanding of computer networking
  • Understanding of web application security
  • Experience with virtual machine environments

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions
  • Analyze application specifications and document user requirements
  • Write high-quality code, debug, and handle external dependencies
  • Participate in implementation plans, including schedules and priorities
  • Perform unit and technical testing of web applications
  • Document tools and practices and actively participate in knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to coding standards, best practices, and procedures
