Cognos Live Support Analyst, FULLY REMOTE 12-month contract (Contract)
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: £300 Up to £315 per day inside IR35
 

Role: Junior Live Support Analyst

  • 1-4 years experience required in a related role

Hays are currently recruiting a Junior Support Analyst to support our private sector end client.

We are looking for 1-4 years' experience in the following areas;
-Customer facing role and liaising with end users
-Defect Management, diagnosis and fix-Cognos performance management suite (Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics etc)
-Oracle Data Warehouse and Data Manager ETL tool
-Design and implementation of live support processes
-High level understanding of account and financial business processes (O2C or P2P or R2R etc)
-Providing support to a financial system
