You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.

MHC are hiring an Operational Resilience Manager to join us on a PAYE contract basis and work on a project we are delivering for a Tier 1 Bank.

This role will champion the Technology Resilience Framework across an area of the bank, ensuring that all relevant areas of the bank are using the framework to highlight and remediate areas of risk.

Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Working with the CIO and resiliency leads, this role will provide expert support and guidance in all uses and output from the Framework and practice. Specifically;

  • Act as a champion of the Framework and evangelise its use
  • Act as a sounding board for the central Framework team
  • Working with the ITSO's to ensure the resiliency assessment, for their service is accurate and complete
  • Communicating with the CIO & their team to signpost and gain feedback for any proposed changes to the Framework and practice
  • Working with the local change management teams to identify areas of risk based on results
  • To assist in the design and execution of the subsequent BIA and GAP analysis processes as a Framework SME
  • Act as a champion of TRMF and evangelise its use
