Business Analyst - Asset Management - Property - Outside IR35

Lead Business Analyst/Business Data Analyst required that has worked in an Asset Management directorate within a Housing Association, this is an absolute non-negotiable pre-requisite, so please re-read this before applying. My client are embarking on a Assets overhaul, looking at building safety, planned works, contract management and improve the reporting around this. It will also fall inline with the CRM to capture information on jobs Real Time and integrate communications, internal and external.

As such the client need a Business Analyst to join their project team on a contract basis you will need to able to translate technical build back to functional requirements This is an exciting time to work on this programme as my clients Asset Management/Business Analysis team is growing, and they are committed to investing in Technology that will continue to support our strategic aims and enable continued business improvement through the implementation of our Technology and Digital transformation Roadmap.

The plan is over the next few years is ambitious, as they will continue to introduce new functionality to improve the services we provide to our customers, in parallel to initiating our Roadmap for the Asset Management, Repairs and HR and L&D.

Key responsibilities include:

• Property Data Project and also Property Model Project, managing risks and issues Real Time and escalating as necessary.
• Provide regular comms to the business area
• Make/elicit business decisions around the build
• Support business readiness activities
• Lead and motivate project members to ensure compliance to timescales/delivery of key milestones
• Maintain subject matter expertise on the functional capabilities of the business systems and products in use.
• Provide the business perspective for all day-to-day solution development decisions
• Be the advocate to promote the use of technology within the team and the wider Group, including encouraging innovation and thought leadership and how technology can accelerate progress
