International brand embarks upon a transformative journey towards Agility. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Agile Tech Lead/Tooling (Software) Engineer to drive the implementation and optimisation of our Agile tooling solutions.

They will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of all Agile related tooling together with our progressive Agile ways of working to produce real world, virtually Real Time metrics, pairing delivery and product metrics to provide all levels of leadership around the enterprise with insights to make financial, product, business, sales, and innovation decisions in a timely manner.
This covers the flow of, but not limited to, the following types of information, financial data, people data, Portfolio Management, integration of linked OKRs and team level backlogs.
The Agile Tooling Lead needs to facilitate and enable agile values and principles through out the suite of Agile related tooling; thus, they must have a solid understanding and empathy for all agile roles and focus on their needs and the delivery of value.

Requirements:

- Solid Project Leadership and Proven experience in implementing and optimising enterprise level tooling, data manipulation within large enterprises.
- Scrum Master certification
- Track record of driving successful tooling integration's and interoperability.
- Experience of facilitating in any context.
- Understands/has experience in the technical craft of modern software delivery, including, but not limited to TDD, BDD, CI, CD.
- Strong leader, educator & coach.
- An excellent communicator, listener & motivator.
- Enjoys working with people in a team-based environment, is organised & outcome oriented.
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks and compliance standards related to tooling.

Advantageous/Desirable
- Understands lean thinking and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, portfolio management, and OKR practices.
- Strong expertise in tools like JIRA and Miro; experience with additional Agile tooling is a plus like Tableau, Planview, Smartsheet's and other enterprise level tooling.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Scrum, Kanban, & Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
