IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £175 - 200 per day
 

1st /2nd Line Support Engineer - London - 3-month contract

My customer is looking for a dedicated 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to help with issues up to L2.

You'll be working within a technical Support Engineer Team, with your main duties to assist in dealing with all IT related queries which come through.

The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer is required to work hybrid - a mix of onsite in London and remote.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the 1st /2nd Line Engineer will include:

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer role
  • Any desktop experience would be beneficial.
  • Floorwalking experience, and remote support essential
  • Windows 10 - Administration and Support
  • Office 365 - Administration and Support (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint
  • Active Directory experience (and Azure AD)
  • Group policy, TCP/IP, DNS experience
  • Support of Mobile/iPad devices
  • Any Windows Server experience would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with call logging package such as Remedy/Service Now
  • Inside IR35

This is a 3-month contract, and you are required to work on a hybrid approach: Onsite in London and remote.
