• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications preferred.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee compliance initiatives, specifically focusing on ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards. The successful candidate will lead projects aimed at ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in information security and data protection. Proficiency in Dutch language is required for effective communication with stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead project execution, ensuring milestones are met within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and control frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and foster a culture of information security awareness.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the effectiveness of compliance measures and adherence to standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to evaluate compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
