The Junior Data Analyst will play an integral role in the analytics department in a financial services firm, capturing and recording data from various applications and platforms for an intra department project.

My client is a world leading bank with an amazing office in London, who are looking for a junior Data Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

Description

Your Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Collecting and interpreting data
• Analysing results and identifying patterns
• Reporting the results back to the relevant team members
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working alongside teams within the business to establish business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
• Data Queries and Management
• Data Visualisation and Reporting
• CRM System Optimisation
• Data Cleansing and Optimisation

Profile

• A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Knowledge of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Oracle
• Hands on Commercial Experience of Tableau
• 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience as a data analyst

Job Offer

On Offer for a successful candidate is the opportunity to earn £350 per day Inside IR35 for a 6 month initial contract with the strong possibility of an extension while working in a hybrid format and commuting to the London office 2-3 days per week.
