SAP FICO Solution Lead required to join a leading global brand in the who are delivering S/4HANA implementations across Europe. Great opportunity to work on multiyear programs across multiple industries and work with the latest SAP technologies.

Key deliverables of the SAP FICO Solution Lead: - Design and deployment of a new SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solution
- Global template governance of the S/4HANA SAP FI/CO solution
- Gravitas, experience and knowledge to drive respect and trust from C-level stakeholders
- Strong background working in SAP Pre-Sales
- Analyse business requirements
- Review functional specifications for solution design
- Lead a team of SAP FI/CO Consultants
- Major contributor to the progress of the SAP Finance solution, making key design and delivery decisions
- Roll out the SAP FI/CO Solution
- Perform quality assurance for project deliverables
- Go live support and hyper care
- Oversee testing and training
Key Criteria for the SAP FICO Solution Lead: - Proven experience building SAP FICO solutions and deploying them across Europe
- SAP FI/CO Solution Architecture experience, proven experience designing highly complex solutions
- Proven experience working in a presales environment
- Broad knowledge of SAP FI/CO; SAP FI AP, AR, GL, CO-PA, PS, CO-PC
- Exposure to S/4HANA Simple Finance
- C-level stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Experience working with and managing consultants for SAP Finance
