BlackCode is recruiting for an award winning firm that are on the look out for a Development Team Lead to join their business. This role is suitable for someone that is happy to commute to Northampton 1 day a week.
You will be leading a team of 6 developers within Microsoft technologies and take control of 121s, catch ups etc.
You DO NOT need to have direct reports currently but will be a nice to have.
Skills:
Experience with SharePoint Online
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
An understanding of Enterprise IT systems.
Software Development Life Cycle experience.
