Senior Software Engineer (C+/Python/Linux) - Bristol - 55,000 - 75,000

Are you a Senior Software Engineer who values varied work and the opportunity to learn new skills?

This is a great opportunity to join an established software house in Bristol, who work across data, machine learning and AI.

The core languages used here will be C+ and Python, but there will be opportunities to work with Perl, Bash, SQL, Docker, Ansible and a small amount of React front-end development. There is also scope to get involved in the development of machine learning models and some Linux administration.

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with the following skills/experience:

• Solid back-end development experience (C/C+/Java etc.)
• Linux
• Enterprise back-end development experience
• Python/Bash/Perl
• A genuine passion for software engineering

You will be joining a small, close-knit team of exceptional software engineers, contributing to the development of enterprise grade software used by global organisations. This is cutting edge software that manages huge daily data volumes (billions of rows a day).
