Location: Jersey Rate: £150 - £180 per Day + neg.
 

1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - PCs/Windows/AD/Exchange/O365

A leading managed service provider are on the lookout for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support, with some experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

Key skills -

  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft
  • Helpdesk experience (answering phones/ticket logging)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years commercial experience supporting large user bases
  • Experience supporting Windows environment
  • Mobile Device support
  • Desirable - Zendesk ticketing
  • Active Directory
  • Corporate Messaging - Outlook/Exchange
  • Excellent communication skills
